SPITFIRE

This Memorial Spitfire is dedicated to the young men who came from near and far to Grangemouth in the early 1940s to train so they could fight their common enemy and died in the attempt. They learned to fly the Spitfire here at RAF Grangemouth with 58 Operational Training Unit. We will remember them.
