Cider Science 36/365

We've been in the Cider Lab this morning blending the various vats of 2014 Ashcombe Cider.  Because the orchard is so old not even the expert dudes know what each of the tree varieties is.   We are however very happy with the result... I got my eyesight back almost immediately.
