heart healthy challenge: day 22 of 31

I'm very thankful that I biked for a 1/2 hour at the gym after work today. This morning I set my alarm for 6am and attempted to go to the gym, but was just too tired and I actually gave myself a break and returned to bed. It turned out that I really needed to sleep more this morning. I was a little bit nervous that I might not get the exercise in today, but I went right from work to the gym and actually worked out in the clothing I wore to work today! I may have looked a bit odd, but it was so important that I did the workout.
