Is this Safe?

One can't be too careful; before Jade decides to risk riding this little trike she wants to be sure it is safe.  Both her mother and especially her uncle gave it some rough treatment so she needs to check it over thoroughly.

My wife looks after Jade on Fridays whilst her mum teaches.  Lorraine had a fun day with the little one whilst I was back into bus driving in Glebe.
