Cheeky Sparrowhawk

This cheeky bird killed its prey and proceeded to pluck it and eat it only 6 yards away from our kitchen window. It kept us entertained whilst we also ate our lunch. We hoped it had been a pigeon, overrun with them here or better still a grey squirrel. Unfortunately studying the remaining feathers it was a blackbird, however we appear to have a surplus of this bird as well.
