Efficiency.

I really do appreciate efficiency. When in Manchester last Sunday I treated myself to an official Olympic scarf for when I go to the rowing in July. I was quite disappointed when I arrived home and found that the box was empty - no scarf!! On speaking to the store in question yesterday a very nice young gentleman said that he would post a new one to me immediately and it's just arrived!
Thank you, Matt, for your prompt reply! I've just spoken to him on the 'phone to tell him that it's been delivered and he almost gave the impression that he'd run to the Post Office yesterday himself! How's that for service?
