Amazing shadow

Whilst I was sat reading this afternoon I noticed this shadow on the wall no idea what it was . Spent over half an hour on hold to BT, I was not happy when they told me that an engineers appt had been made for 19th Feb !!!! I told them I wanted 9 or 10th!!! I had waited long enough so spoke to yet another manager . Glad I'm not on EE!!
