Back on the HIll

Apart from walking in the mountains of Lakeland, I've been absent from running on the hills since before abdominal surgery in December, followed by a broken arm a week later.  Today was the first Saturday back with the gang on our local hills and it felt good.  Twelve miles covered at a fairly gentle pace but this included Winter Hill and Great Hill our two highest local peaks.  Still a bit of snow on the tops - you can see more of it hereif it's of interest.  Joined for the first time by Barbara on the left of the pic - hard to believe that she has two grandchildren and another one on the way.  It's true then fellrunning keeps you young lol : ))
