Kouign Ammans

Imagine all the good points of crisp buttery puff pastry, a flaky warm croissant, a rich sugary Danish Pastry and you'll have a Kouign Amman.

They're time consuming but not hugely difficult so give them a try if you have a day to potter in the kitchen.

Handy hint is not to make them if you are alone in the house.... you will end up eating the lot!
