Cycling the Preston Guild Wheel

This is a 21 mile circular route round Preston, using mainly minor roads and specially designated cycle paths.More information here if you want it!
This shot was at our first stop - Brockholes Nature Reserve which is adjacent to the M6. You feel as if you are in the middle of the countryside, apart from the traffic noise. It was good to see it so busy, and we enjoyed coffee and cakes.
Next stop was Preston Docks - now a marina rather than a working dock, and very changed from the way we remember it! ( That was for soup and a sarnie! ).
Final third back to base chez Denise & Martin, who are cooking a lovely tea. A grand day out Gromit!
