Red Shoes

This is an art installation called Peep Totter Fly created by Cheri Gaulke.  The video shows different people, both men and women walking in these red high heels over a variety of terrain.  You are then invited (men and women) to find a pair in your size and walk around the gallery in the shoes. We didn't do it and now, of course, I wish I had.  

The exhibition is called WonderWomen,  a group exhibition at the University of Minnesota.  It features work by women artists inspired or influenced by comics, animation or popular culture.   We met Carley at the gallery and then went out for a  quick dinner before she was off to meet a friend at the Minnesota Orchestra Concert.    A busy girl!
