Baking on Heir Island

I am in Ireland on Heir Island on the West Coast helping to teach on a bread course. First of all you need to catch a small ferry to get over to the island!

We had a lovely group of people and guided them through many breads and cakes too! Now needing a good evening relaxing before we do the class again tomorrow!
