A-Punting We Will Go!

A busy day walking the streets of Cambridge! Started the day with a wander around the Saturday market, before joining a guided tour of the colleges of Cambridge, visiting Kings College and Queens College.

After a warming glass of mulled wine at the historic pub, The Eagle, where Crick and Watson "discovered the secret of life", DNA, we ended our day in Cambridge by heading to The Fitzwilliam Museum to see the recently discovered Michelangelo bronzes that have been in the news recently. As tempting as a river punt trip looked, we decided it was far too cold to even think about it; something to leave until a warm Summer's eve...
