Spring Snowflake

A lovely visit to the snowdrops at Cambo Estate .... I never knew there were so many varieties. Much bending, squatting and leaning over as I tried to photograph the fragile flowers which grow so close to the ground. It was hard to choose one from the dozens of contenders for today's blip ..... this is a Spring Snowflake with six identical sized petals, snowdrops have three larger outer petals and three smaller inner ones.
