Painted Panel....

Mrs BM has got the wood stain and preservative out and decided to paint everything that doesn't move in the garden, so I better keep moving.

We heard today that the perspective new tenants have paid all the fees and are just waiting till their notice period runs out at their old house.
Apparently it's very damp and their child keeps being ill and the landlord won't repair it, so they gave him notice.
They will be moving in on 27th Feb, just after we come back from Holiday.
