Friends old & new

Fun filled afternoon today after T & C went out to do errands together this morning, leaving me to have a much needed lie in and then to do some quiet shopping on my own.

We had friends over to visit. T got together with 2 music college friends from 20 years ago, one of which was his best man who we see regularly and the other who they haven't seen for 20 years and has just moved to the area. All the little ones and ladies got on with playing and entertaining each other while the boys got down to the business of catching up on 20 years worth of gossip!

A busy, fun, afternoon filled with cake, tea, biscuits and the little ones having a tea party.

Takeaway pizza for us grown ups tonight once everyone had been settled in bed :-)
