Across the wetlands

Well, I experimented with the high key, I think.  not really there yet, but a start.  Mom and I walked through the wetlands and did a bit of photoging.  I came across a turkey vulture in full flight. He was huge!  The wing span must have been close to six feet.  I was on burst shot mode but didn't manage to get anything really in focus.  The actually move pretty quick and I wasn't looking for speed in my shots.  I figured the foggy overcast day would yield the washed out look best.  Oh well, tomorrow is another day and mom did get out and about some.
