Black Hill

It was a beautiful sunny morning so I dragged my dodgy knee off to the bottom of the Cat's Back, as Black Hill is locally known. The idea is to find todays photo at a few hundred metres from the car park. I suspect the functional walking I am allowed 9 days post op was taken a bit far... ;)

There was a LOT of light, reflected off the snow as well, so everything looked washed out in colour. I decided to apply an old fashioned Ilford effect to the landscape and hey bingo, I am happy with it. Takes me right back to when I started out as a kid, with my dad's Voigtlander Vito B...
