Misty eyed performance at Turf Moor

What a disappointing result at Turf Moor this afternoon, after again throwing a two-goal lead away, we had to settle for a point against West Brom.

Things had started so well with Ashley Barnes and Danny Ings putting the Clarets into a comfortable lead before Chris Brunt struck moments before the half time whistle.

Had we gone into the dressing rooms two goals to the good I think we'd have easily seen the game out as West Brom weren't creating much in the way of chances, but that late Brunt goal hurt us.

The Baggies equalised from another set piece, our defending from corners this year is worrying, we look like conceding every time, we just go to pieces.

On a positive note, we climbed out of the relegation spots, but our next few games are tough to say the least, Man Utd and Chelsea away included!
