Yummy Red cabbage

I love red cabbage and cooked up a massive potful today. I had to freeze a couple of batches as otherwise we'd be eating it every day until Easter. Ian kindly donated a bottle of cider for me to cook it in :)

It has felt much warmer today thanks to lots of lovely sunshine. I ended up as Leo's portable wardrobe whilst we were outside this morning as he had put about 5 layers on and stripped them off bit by bit. I was out early bellringing so left him and his Dad to get up and dressed and they obviously need supervision!
