Today, I went to see a Hygenist for the first time in my life...!

Apparently this is not normal?

Don't get me wrong, I go to the dentist regularly enough, but they've always been just that - a dentist. A one stop shop for everything you need.

Maybe it's a southern thing, but here, dentists do X-rays, fillings and tutting, whilst hygenists do the actual cleaning of your teeth... Funnily enough, you have to pay twice for the privilege.

Time to mark the occasion with a cappuccino and a doughnut.
