Fog and frost

I was surprised to see fog this morning as there hasn't been any for ages. I think these trees feature in a recent blip, but Rafi chose this one out of the few I took this morning when I took Teddy for his walk.
Rafi (and me) are keen that I get healthy and lose some weight. I am starting Weight Watchers this week and I'm pretty sure Rafi will be keeping an eye on what I eat!
