Park perks

I am suffering from back trouble since the weekend, not able to do a huge amount but keep active, interspersed with the odd episode of lying on the floor. Still, managed to squeeze in a dog walk at lunchtime, and Lochey and I found a friend in the park. Very amusing. Lochey is in retrospective trouble for eating sticks - not that I could do much to prevent this from happening. Also saw a friend for dinner - a good natter, and two portions of chips in one day. A tad extravagant. Need my back to get better so I can get back on the yoga mat.
