Out with the Kids

Summer has finally arrived in Pickering and to make the most of it I took the dog for a walk along the local beck.

We came across this pair of swans plus goslings on the opposite bank. Cygnets well camouflaged but are to the right of the swan in the foreground. These are the same swans that terrorised the geese in an earlier blip.

We didn't hang about for long as there was much hissing and those very large swans were only a few metres away from us and can move very quickly when they wish.
