Island Life

I am always amused by those who assume that not much hapens in rural, island Scotland.

I was on Gigha today and it was buzzing with activity, from the laying out of new white lines on the pier to the filling in of potholes by the village hall.

Coming down to the ferry this afternoon this view summed it up - lots of things going on and in the distance the grey outline of the mainland .
