Passing Time

Walking through the forest with your dog can be a wonderful pastime. Your not alone, exactly, but you are alone with your thoughts. It's so quiet and beautiful. It was so hot this weekend that even the birds were fairly quiet in the forest. The only animal I saw was one lonely squirrel. The spot I walk through has a wee brook and many fallen trees. There are also many trees that haven't quite fallen yet and they squeak and groan getting ready for their final resting place.
Like I said...walking through the forest with your dog can be a wonderful pastime.... Especially when he carries his own poop bag.
