Inside and outside the box...

Research tells us that cats take great comfort from being in a box. They seek out boxes Instinctively as places where they can hide and watch their territory very closely at the same time.

I guess it allows them to feel safe whilst also being in control.

Just like our own comfort zones.

Today I was given the devastating news that my job is part of scathing budget cuts. I'll soon be moving on.

After 14 years, it's time for me to think outside of the box.
