Lest we forget

Last year, Remembrance Day had a special significance for many people.  The aniversary of the start of the First World War attracted 4 million people to the Tower of London and, throughout the country, ceromonies to mark the occasion were well attended.  At the St Saviours, Sothwark memorial in Borough High Street, a number of local dignitaries gathered to lay wreaths and publicly pay their respects.
Every day since Juma has moved the wreaths, swept the pavement clean, removed litter from them and replaced dislodged cards and messages, rescued errant wreaths from the road and carefully, ever so carefully, put them all back in the right order.
Nice one Juma.
