Roof timbers

Weekends are very exciting at the moment as it's the chance to check out the week's progress.

We managed to get out on the bikes today. First cycle outside and since the etape is 10 weeks tomorrow it is definitely time to get out. Spin bikes are good when the weather is duff, but being outside is much nicer. 36km, 353m of climbing so almost exactly a third of the target distance. Quite pleased with that.
