Escape Tool

Need air today. Escaped firstly to Danby's North Yorks Moors visitor centre - best Tomato Soup I ever tasted. Watercolour exhibition preview with added flautists. Lovely tree paintings too....
then - Staithes - quirky English seaside village of precipitous angles and houses every which way. Bit full of 'half termers' today though :-( Still great to see Rob Shaw's seaside work.
Foggy and cold but lots of big sky and plenty of air.
Then onto Saltburn. Tractors wrapped in duvets against the winter damp - photogenic even in fog.
Then home for cauliflower cheese a snuggle on the sofa and a film..
My kinda day :-)
Installing the Mining, Unions and Politics exhibition tomorrow so was good to do something different today.
For the curious will add a flickr link to Saltburn Tractor duvet pics pater this evening if you're passing by this way again.
