Another close-up

Day four of my busy week. Today's late night back blip is a converter, allowing one thing to plug into something else.

Hints:
* it's only a physical conversion, the electrical signal passes right through
* The plastic bit on top is a cap to protect it and in use you would remove it

Any ideas?
