Birthday Sunset

Today is my 26th birthday and I can't believe just how lucky I am. 

Our plans kept falling through at the last second, requiring some improvisation. We went to a winery to share a picnic with my parents, but it was so crowded that we soon had to leave; we wound up at a brewery and had our picnic there. Our dinner plans back in Gainesville changed at the last minute because someone got sick - that's when we decided to cut east from Orlando and go to Ormond Beach. We made it to Ormond Brewing Company (if you get the chance, GO THERE - it is so good!) and ran out onto the beach to get this picture. It's not the same as the west coast, but it was still perfect. From there, we ate an incredibly delicious dinner at Flagler Fish Company in Flagler Beach before cutting back west and heading home.

All in all - a perfect day.
