well used

We had a proper dinner tonight - Dr D, my son and I. It's so unusual to be worth a mention and a Blip.

Very simple stuff really. A gin & tonic, but Scottish Caorunn gin. Pan fried haddock with steamed kale (2 varieties - 1 red, 1 green) in a vinaigrette and a few boiled potatoes - wee red skinned ones. 

An Italian white wine to go with it. 

Then cheese with apple and a red wine. A Vosges cheese (Lidl), a Roquefort (also from Lidl), Clava (from near Inverness) and a Fife cheese. 

We did some damage to the cheese supplies. The Blip is what's left.
