Yum!

Saw these being made on Food Factory. The looked amazing, and they're made with real strawberry.

I'm very allergic to strawberries, but it looked like they were processed enough that I wouldn't have a severe allergic reaction to them.

I was right!

And these things are absolutely amazing! they have a pleasant texture, and they taste close to fresh strawberries, which is something that I very rarely attempt to eat. (I love strawberries, I hate that I'm so allergic to them.)

Thank you all for the stars and lovely comments on yesterday's blip. It made B happy. (He doesn't think he looks very good.)
