Frolics in the Forest....

Beautiful February day and the light was being kind even at 2pm. Even so I was walking around the New Forest equipped with a variety of lenses and a trusty flashgun. Lots of shots of trees were taken and discarded, the deer were keeping their distance as well - so I was very happy to come across a river with some reasonably fast flowing water. The bonus was catching the sunlight and creating some cool reflections.

Did I need the flash for this shot, possibly not, but I fired it at 1/2 power in any event.
