Back on the road again
Over the years I've found running - or more recently a gentle jog - has been the best form of exercise for me to keep fit. Its easy today , costs next to nothing and means no expensive gym subscriptions. Its also been a great method of reducing /dealing with stress over my career.
For a variety of reasons I did next to no running last year - mainly due a back and knee problem. Glad to say that these are now much improved and I can now get out and about ( a bit ) again. Today I had a run round the back of the Hazlehead golf course where the trails are being upgraded. A damp , dank, dreich, and cold day but I thoroughly enjoyed getting out and about on the trails again .
