Ackergill Tower

. . . and Ackergill Lifeboat Slipway.  Built in 1910, it is thought to be the first ferro-concrete slipway in Britain.

Ackergill Tower is now a posh hotel.  It was formerly the home of Maureen Dunbar, one of only four baronetesses in British history.
