Sunset

It was an off day.
Mom is waiting in pain for her shot and it rips my heart out.
A friend is struggling with family challenges and she was in my thoughts all day.
And then this sunset happened and my spirit eased a little...
I should probably admit that a slice of chocolate cake helped a little too...
