Worry, Fidget, Meditation Ring

I saw someone on telly with a ring that they could fiddle with.

 
I love fiddling.
 
This ring is made so that the 3 parts turn independently.

I can twist and fiddle with it to my hearts content.

I usually wear glass rings but they never last more than 12 months as I almost wear them out.

Today I mainly be ring twisting.
