Good Sports

Curling is renowned as a friendly sport where win loose or draw everyone shakes hands at the start and end of each game.

After the game both teams repair to the bar and the winners buy the losers a drink.

Unfortunately tonight the loosing team of Eastwood and Govan Rotary curlers had to leave early and missed their aperitif!

Nevertheless they did agree to a team photo and as you can see its smiles all round.

The victors were Strathaven 1 and for them it was the last game of the season.
