Art over the road

I don't know if this leads to a shopping district or what. It's interesting. I've driven under it several times in the last few days while checking at the photo place if my print is ready (not yet, even though they said last Thursday, then today). Maybe I should call next time. At least this time I decided to stop and get a photo of this thing instead of just pass it and tell myself next time.
