Reflection only

When I take reflections I am often left wondering whether I should be including some of the actual thing being reflected or not. In this case I decided it didn't need it so give me your thoughts on what you do or if there are any "rules" about it.
This is taken at the convergence of the Moutere River into the tidal estuary near an area called Bachelors Ford. You can see how dry the grass is.
