The Boss....

We had a big department away day, today... lots of talking, lots of flip charts... We've just been through a restructure at work and our department has merged with the conservation team, so this was the first big pow wow... Fortunately we all get along and we're going to work really well together...

The other good thing is that my boss Wendy, is head of the new department... Having spent seven years training her up, it would have been a shame to lose her ...(although now I'll probably get the sack for that comment... ) Anyway apart from being the boss and the grand fromage of our team, Wendy also runs a little theatre that I sometimes design for velvet seats, flock wallpaper, great plays, and icecreams in the interval, need I say more... : )
