Flippin' concentration

Almost forgot it was Pancake Day, but luckily Andy reminded us. 

When it was his turn to get one, he asked if he could flip it.  He's pretty good, but I normally don't let him use this pan, as the handle can get hot.

Today though, I let him have a go. 

"What if I drop it?" he asked. When I told him that if he did, there'd be no pancake for him, it seemed to focus his mind nicely.
