Heaters and blow dryers

Well its day 3 no water, we have the heat turned up, the cabinets open & am about to put a heater under the house.. And blow dryer down the pipes.. As soon as the water comes back on it is NOT going back off. This is ridiculous. And disgusting. Its so cold so the pipes won't thaw. Its very aggravating.
Well, gotta make Kenton some lunch so he will take the heater under the house
