Day 3 - Action SP!

Day three of residential week has brought abseiling and body boarding! I don't know who is having more fun - the children or the adults! Spent a good hour and a half in the water - perfect!

Three beautiful things:

Watching the early sea mist clear.

Hot chocolate after the body boarding!

The feel good glow you get after lots of activity and fresh air!
