Flipping....

...heck it is Shrove Tuesday.

Sue didn't want to be fussed with pancakes at work today...probably a good job as it was really busy. I do like flipping them though, so I whipped some batter up when I arrived home. Whilst it was 'resting' in the fridge I mooched around looking for a photo....there was none to be had. 

Eventually I decided it had to be a pic of a pancake.....I made one and set up the camera and took some pics.....rubbish. I ate the pancake.
