Nordic walking at long last!

It's been so long since I last went on a walk, what with the bad colds I had in quick succession in December and January then looking after my grandson, then going away for two weeks! It felt strange not to have skis on my feet! In all the sticky mud and bogs I could have done with them!
After a frosty start, the sun came out and it got up to 10 degrees - still cooler than in Austria!! :-)
