Food wonderful food

Delicious sausage casserole. Here you see 18 peppers chopped and ready to pop into a casserole cooked with my friend Claire for a bunch of hungry and very appreciative students at our church this afternoon. I ate a plateful with spicy couscous, it was very tasty. I had intended to get a picture of the two enormous tins, but it didn't happen!
