Inner (not) workings

The inside of the DVD player is quite pretty, perhaps why the DVD decided to get stuck inside? I think I'll go back to evenings of sport rather than trying a relaxing evening of watching a film!  Beautifully sunny day today, which we experienced briefly when hunting for pancakes at lunch.  The pancake shop was too busy so had to settle for 'mexican pancakes' from Mission Burrito instead.  After work went for a swim with fogged up goggles - which must count as open water swimming training!?
